1. Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Health & personal care items
To process your return, we require proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Please contact our customer service first.
2. Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing clear signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will notify you if your refund request is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – there may be processing delays.

5. Sale Items & Promotions
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items and promotional offers are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at contact@tradipen.com.
7. Shipping Returns
To return a product, please contact our customer service to receive return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
